One of the most frustrating aspects of property management is having to keep tenant deposits and calculating interest on these deposits.

The Rental Collections property administration service also includes deposit handling. When we keep a tenant's deposit in our trust account, the actual deposit amount is reflected on the monthly statement that is sent to the tenant on the 27th of each month. In addition to the deposit amount, the interest earned on the deposit is also reflected on the monthly statement.

Because the tenant is aware of the deposit amount, disputes regarding deposit amount's are avoided when the tenant moves out.
