New Property Management system to simplify administration process |

Rental collections has just moved over to a new Property Management system that enables us to provide an even better administration service to our clients. The new system will enable us to send tenant and landlord statements automatically. Owners will now receive an e-mailed statement on the 7th of each month while tenants will receive their statements via e-mail or sms on the 27th of the month. Payment notifications are sent to landlords, contractors, body corporates and agents via e-mail and sms to notify them once we have made a payment to their account. Receipting of tenant payments has been automated which means owners now get paid earlier in the month because payment allocation happens faster! From the 1st of August 2009, Estate Agents will also be able to make use of our property administration service. We realised that there are many agencies that either don't have enough rental units to justify the purchase of a software management system or would rather focus on growing their businesses instead of spending time on the cumbersome process of property administration. When making use of our administration service, agencies don't need to purchase a software management system nor do they need to employ someone to perform these admin tasks....we do it all! Whether your agency has 10 units under management or a 100 units, we will still be able to assist in taking the workload off your hands.
