We believe that making use of our service will offer substantial cost savings to our clients when compared to the usual way doing property administration. Estate Agents: No need to pay thousands in order to purchase a property management system No need to pay the annual licencing fees for the property management system No need to appoint admin staff to perform month-end processing, capture invoices or send tenant and owner statements Because you don't need to employ extra admin staff, you can save substantially on having to provide these employees with desks, telephones, computer equipment and you don't need to pay another salary. If you are the principal of the agency then you no longer need to approve and make payments to your clients (we do this, hence you can focus on growing your business) Many agencies have to pay a certain amount per statement that is sent to their clients (bulk statements). We don't charge extra, sending of statements is included in our standard flat fee.
Landlords: No need to pay for a property management system when most property investors don't have enough units to justify such a purchase You can save on monthly management fees by making use of our administration service and managing the unit yourself By showing your tenant that you are organized when it comes to sending statements on time your tenant will be encouraged to pay his rent on time. It is a fact that if a tenant sees that an owner is unorganized when managing his property, he will take chances....this could cost you money.
We don't offer a system....we offer a solution. We charge a flat administration fee of R99 per unit and a 1% processing fee on the rent. A simple example of how much it will cost you per unit: If the Rent is R3000 then the cost is: R99 (Admin fee) + R30 (Processing fee) = R129. If the Rent is R5000, then the cost is: R99 (Admin fee) + R50 (Processing fee) = R149. If the Rent is R10000, then the cost is: R99 (Admin fee) + R100 (Processing fee) = R199.
