We take pride in the fact that our service allows property investors and estate agents more time to focus on activities they prefer doing, like sourcing more investment properties or growing their businesses by placing new tenants.

 

The following administrative tasks form part of our administration service:

  • Arranging to receive the body corporate statements directly from the body corporate.
  • Capturing electricity and water charges on the tenant account.
  • Invoice the rental amounts.
  • Loading of payments to body corporates, contractors, agents and owners.
  • The tenant statements automaticaly e-mailed and sms'd to tenants on the 28th of each month.
  • Our system ensures that payments are automatically allocated to the correct tenant account.
  • Automatic notification to tenants once payment allocation has been made to their account.
  • Processing of payments to body corporates, contractors, agents and owners.
  • Automatic payment notification by e-mail and sms once payment has been made to a beneficiary e.g. body corporate, owner, agent and contractor.
  • Owner statements are sent out automatically by e-mail on the 7th of the month.

 

All payments are received in and made from our trust account. This means that owners and agents don't need to run separate accounts which they need to monitor. You only need to monitor which payment you receive from us.
