As part of our property administration service, monthly statements are sent out automatically to tenants and landlords.

Private landlords no longer need to struggle with letting tenants know how much to pay when they don't have access to a property management system. Our system will automatically send out tenant statements via sms and e-mail on the 27th of each month. Once a tenant's payment has been allocated he will receive an automatic payment receipt notification via sms and e-mail. The tenant will also receive daily sms and e-mail notifications for any outstanding amount on his account until the amount has been settled.

Automatic owner statements will be sent out via e-mail on the 7th day of each month. Once a payment has been made to an owners account he will receive a payment notification vir e-mail and sms.

This allows owners and tenants to be aware of what is due and what has been paid throughout the month.
